We only accept returns or replacements for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective.
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Returns or exchanges due to size selection, fit, or change of mind are not accepted, as all items are made to order.
If a claim is deemed to be an error on our part, it will be covered at our expense.
